Here’s what to do next:

  1. Designate a notebook for taking notes during the video lessons, preferably one that has pockets or an attached folder to keep the lesson worksheets organized as well.
  2. In preparation for your first lesson, spend some time today writing and reflecting on the questions below. This will orient you toward thinking like a high performer and allow you to see what areas you most want to work on.
  3. Look for an email from me tomorrow with your first video lesson!
Be bold!

Questions for Reflection

Question #1: List three personal choices or behaviors that currently hold you back from achieving the results you want.

Question #2: List all the things you currently tolerate about your life, work, and relationships. If you can, list them in the order of the things you tolerate the most to those you tolerate the least. Tolerations are the things we “put up with,” endure, or cope with. See if you can eliminate one of these before the first video shows up!

Question #3: What type of people bring you to life and what type stifle you or suppress your ideas? Considering the people you interact with the most, put them in the appropriate category.

Question #4: How do you define “success” and at what point will you know you have “made it?”

Question #5: List all the things you are grateful for this week and all the things you are most proud of. This is a wonderful “mental” list to create at the end of each day too :-)
