What is Coaching?
Coaching is a powerful business tool that enables you to move toward your vision at an accelerated pace. If you want specific, targeted, no-nonsense, personal attention on issues related to your performance and leadership, then coaching is for you.
How does it work?
We meet on the phone at a mutally agreed upon time. This keeps you accountable to your commitments and builds momentum in reaching your goals. We are in constant contact through email and occasional quick “on the spot” coaching phone calls. Most clients prefer to talk every other week. Many are happy talking once a month.
What will we talk about?
We will focus on your agenda. It’s all about you and what you want to achieve.
What does it cost?
Standard private sector business coaching fees range from $75 - $300 per session. My fee for Top Directors is $125 / half hour session.
